Native American Indian Style Jewelry Collection

Art itself along with the process of creation, process of design, combining diverse tiny parts together into a satisfying masterpiece is the foundation of my expression. Through art I express my feelings, beliefs, my moods, state of mind, my soul and my emotions. If I want to send a message or make a strong statement I cry my intentions out in a visual way by handcrafting. This is the way I have always been and I love it.

My recent fascination by Native American Indian Jewelry took me straight to my workshop, put me in front of my desk full of boxes with colorful beads and led me mastering my skills by working on my own jewelry ideas, each one with a touch of my heart and personal modern influence to the breathtaking gorgeous original designs. I like creating jewelry combining contemporary accents with native ones - I call it Native American Indian Style Jewelry. It is my way of honoring Native American Indians, respecting their valuable heritage by recognizing the beauty of the visual art of the aboriginal inhabitants of the Americas. The history of all jewelry pieces I have studied was strongly associated with symbols that were often linked with nature. Important symbols in most Native American jewelry include the sun, moon, bears, birds, butterflies or faces. Native people of both Americas from all different tribes were extremely created. Their jewelry masterpieces will leave no one indifferent, including myself especially knowing their art heals.

The most common gemstone used in this kind of jewelry and most ubiquitous is turquoise and coral. Both beautiful, both full of magic healing power having many metaphysical properties.

Turquoise - promotes self-realization and assists creative problem solving. It is a symbol of friendship, and stimulates romantic love. Turquoise aids in the absorption of nutrients, enhances the immune system, stimulates the regeneration of tissue, and heals the whole body. The color turquoise is associated with meanings of refreshing, feminine, calming, sophisticated, energy, wisdom, serenity, wholeness, creativity, emotional balance, good luck, spiritual grounding, friendship, love, joy, tranquility, patience, intuition, and loyalty.

Coral - it is commonly known to remedy spasms of intestines, sleeplessness, and bladder stones. Coral can reduce stress and fears and combats foolishness, nervousness, fear, depression, panic and nightmares, and gives support to the nervous system. Coral is used to attract success and wealth and strengthens foresight. Coral is a stone that has protective healing energies for women and children. It can help with issues associated with the circulatory system. It can also help with strengthening the bones and nourishing the blood.

Welcome to my American Indian jewelry design world. I am in it with all my heart and I have to admit I already lost myself in it, now it is time for you :) It is a great feeling, you won’t regret it.
