1. Privacy and Security:
Jolaastudio values the privacy of your personal data and knows that you care how information about you is used, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy.
By visiting Jolaastudio.com, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.
2. Tax Information:
Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from JolaaStudio unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from JolaaStudio may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from JolaaStudio the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.
3. 30 Day Return Policy - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed:
We stand behind our artwork / our products 100%.
We are confident in the quality and reliability of them and they come with a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY from date of your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork/product, you may return it within the next 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit toward another art selection.
If you decide to return your art in the first 15 days from date of purchase you will receive a full refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
In the second 15 days from date of purchase, no refunds are given, however you will receive full credit toward an equal value of artwork or we can apply the credit toward another art selection of more value with a balance due for the price difference. The balance due must be paid before shipping the second product/art piece to your address.
In both above described cases, while mailing back your art to us please make sure to:
- provide us with information explaining the reasons for your return
- include your order number
- use the original packing materials
Shipping the artwork back to us is at your expense and must be returned in its original condition. If there is damage to the artwork the refund or credit becomes null and void.
Return policy is not supported for custom orders as they are final sale and for handmade soaps and bath bombs - details below

Our products are handmade in small unique batches.

Because of the personal nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive a product that is damaged, or you believe to be defective, please refuse the package and send us a note at jolaastudio@gmail.com. This must be reported upon delivery.
